Since March 2026, M2M has been collecting money from various donors in Australia to enable Muang, who is one of our recipients in Yangon, to purchase tables and chairs, and an oven, to better accommodate the occupants of the Chin Refugee Centre (CRC) in Yangon.
In March Muang purchased 4 student desks with chairs. To see how this furniture is being utilised, please click on the thumbnail images below.
In April Muang purchased a new portable oven with a built-in grill.
Nearly four months later, Muang purchased 5 dining tables with plenty of benches in August 2026.
From this time forward, all the occupants of the CRC in Yangon can study and they also have access to wholesome food which they can eat while sitting on sturdy furniture.
